 roi Philippe le Bel et batie au lieu de Gardemont ; elle remplaca
 celle qui existait a Almont qui fut alors demolie et dont les
 materiaux servirent en partie a l'edification de la ville nouvelle.
 Philippe le Bel donna a Realville la Charte des Coutumes par un arret
 date de Poissy en <time data-sort-value="1310-01"
 datetime="1310-01">janvier 1310</time>, date consideree comme celle
 de la fondation de la ville.</p>
